Changing seasons
Autumn in New England is beautiful. Air is crisp and colors are vibrant. But the rapid weather changes—including temperature swings of nearly forty degrees in a single day this week—can take a bit of an adjustment for our bodies. You might notice yourself tensing your shoulders or taking shallow breaths, which can affect your mood, appetite, and sleep.
Bringing a little awareness to your breathing and allowing yourself extra rest can be a nice way to support your smooth transition to the colder months.
Wishing you warmth and well-being.
